The protection and security of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. For this reason, this website stores and processes data exclusively in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). As a user, you agree to the processing of data in accordance with this declaration. The current version of the DSGVO can be found at http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/DE/TXT/HTML/?uri=CELEX:32016R0679&from=EN
The privacy policy only applies to this website. We process your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) exclusively in accordance with the provisions of European data protection law. The following regulations inform you about the type, scope, purpose and duration of the collection, processing and use of personal data by the responsible party:

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail or via unencrypted websites) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

If you place an order, we will inform you immediately.

When you place an order via our website, your transmitted or entered data will be checked manually or automatically with the existing data stock for validity and up-to-dateness and, if necessary, compared in order to correct the data stored with us. It may be necessary for our staff to contact you. This can be done by email or by telephone.

We carry out a very thorough editorial check of the links that are linked from our website. However, we do not accept responsibility for the content of sites to which we link, as content is subject to change.

Contact, test, quote, appointment request and order forms

If you send us enquiries via a contact or appointment enquiry form, your details from the respective enquiry form (contact, test, offer, appointment enquiry or order form), including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us in the CRM system for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up enquiries. Further processing is carried out by an external subcontractor who, on our behalf, only passes on your data in encrypted form to the workshop you have selected. The data will only be processed within the EU and will not be transferred to third countries. If there is a contractual agreement between you and this workshop, we will store your data for the legally prescribed period. If this is not the case, your data will be deleted or anonymised after 13 months.

Competitions and raffles

If you provide us with your personal data as part of a competition or prize draw, your contact details, including the information you have provided, will be stored for the purpose of processing and participating in the respective competition or prize draw and in the event of follow-up questions. This data may be passed on to the workshop involved in the prize draw and will be protected by encryption. We reserve the right to store your data for as long as required by law.

Customer surveys and market research

Subject to your prior consent, we will provide our service providers with the data necessary to conduct customer and/or market research.
All such service providers will only have access to the essential information required to perform the tasks assigned to them by us.
We contractually ensure that our subcontractors comply with all necessary security measures in relation to this information and do not use this information for any purpose other than to perform the tasks assigned to them by us.
In the event of follow-up questions arising from the investigation, this information will be forwarded to your referring workshop for consultation.
The data will be deleted or anonymised after the purpose has been achieved and the statutory retention periods have expired, unless you have consented to longer retention.

Web analysis with Google Analytics

This website uses the functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses these targeted cookies. For more information on how Google Analytics handles user data, please see Google’s privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245? hl=fr
You can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website from Google, as well as the processing of this data, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=fr

Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website by the user is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

On this website, the IP address of visitors is shortened before it is transmitted to Google for analysis. This IP anonymisation is based on a contract that Google has concluded with companies from the European Economic Area or other contracting states. On behalf of the website operator, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

The IP address transmitted from your device to Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. Users may also prevent the collection, use or disclosure of data generated by the cookie and related to their use of the website (including your IP address) and the transfer to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=fr

For more information about Google’s use of data for advertising purposes, the settings and opt-out options, please visit Google’s websites: https://www.google. com/intl/en/policies/privacy/partners/ (use of data by Google when you use our partners’ websites or applications), http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads. (Use of data for advertising purposes), http://www.google.de/settings/ads (Managing the information Google uses to display ads) and http://www.google.com/ads/preferences/x (Determine the ad Google displays).

Alternatively to the browser add-on or for browsers for mobile devices, please click on this link to prevent the collection by Google Analytics on this website in the future. An opt-out cookie will be stored on your device. If you delete your cookies, you will need to click this link again.

Server log files

The site operator automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser automatically transmits to us. This data includes: Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.
This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently check the log data if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use due to concrete indications.
The log data will be deleted if a legal obligation no longer exists.

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, you must provide us with an email address. Providing your first and last name is optional and will only be used for personal exchanges. No further data is collected. We use this data exclusively for sending the newsletter you have chosen via the Mailchimp newsletter system or our CRM system. Further information on data protection at Mailchimp can be found here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/

In special cases, shipping is handled by service providers (agencies), whereupon your data is passed on to these service providers as part of a contract for order processing.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the email address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter.

SSL encryption

This website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential information, including enquiries you send to us. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and is indicated by the padlock symbol in your browser.
When SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Integration of third-party services and content

It is possible that third-party content, such as YouTube videos, Google Maps, links to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn as well as to Skeeled, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated into this online offer. This always requires that the providers of this information (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) know the IP address of the users, because without an IP address they would not be able to send the information of the respective user to the browser. The IP address is therefore necessary for the display of this information. We endeavour to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, in cases where third-party providers record the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes, we have no means of action. If we become aware of this, we will inform the users.
