Your responsibilities
- Independent troubleshooting and diagnosis of technical faults
- Defining the repair procedure, carrying out the work and checking the result after the technical fault has been resolved
- Compliance with quality and safety standards through documentation and quality assurance work
- Carrying out the final inspection and passing on information to supervisors
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in automotive mechatronics // a completed certification path as a service technician or diagnostic technician is an advantage - alternatively, long-standing or in-depth professional experience
- Broad knowledge of current vehicle technology and diagnostic tools. Initial hands-on experience with our service brands Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Audi, Skoda and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is an advantage
- Independent and team-oriented way of working
- Willingness to undertake further training - flexibility and commitment to quality work
